Hello everyone! It’s been awhile. I hope all of you had a pleasant January.

I’m starting something new today called “Mythical Mondays”. Every Monday from here on out the Kid’s Blog will feature a hero of mythology and legends from around the world.

Today’s hero is Beowulf.

Beowulf is from an old English epic poem called Beowulf, which is the earliest surviving piece of English literature. It describes the story of a warrior from Sweden and his battles against monsters and his eventual kingship.
